I am a space holder, artist, movement teacher, sound practitioner, meditation guide, and breathwork facilitator based in Orange County, California. My work bridges modern research with the wisdom of Eastern medicine, informed by my Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through this integrative lens, I support individuals in reconnecting with their bodies, regulating their nervous systems, and reawakening to the innate intelligence and magic within.
My path began during a pivotal chapter of my life. In my early teens, I experienced chronic pain, persistent fatigue, and a weakened immune system. After years of tests and hospital visits, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia — a moment that, in hindsight, felt like an invitation to a different way of healing. I began working with an Eastern Medicine doctor who introduced me to yoga, and that experience became the doorway to everything that followed.
Soon after, I enrolled in my first yoga teacher training. During that time, reading The Artist’s Way sparked a profound reconnection to my creativity and sense of purpose, opening a pathway for me to share healing through movement, art, and presence.
Over the years, I have completed extensive training in yoga therapeutics, trauma-informed yoga, meditation, breathwork, dynamic vinyasa, prenatal yoga, sound healing, and functional movement and mobility. I view curating classes, meditations, and immersive experiences as a living art form — one rooted in intention, safety, and genuine connection.
In addition to my wellness work, I have served as a Substance Use Disorder Registered Counselor (SUDRC), supporting individuals in drug and alcohol treatment settings. This experience deepened my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the importance of compassionate, non-judgmental care, and continues to inform the way I hold space today.
I’ve had the privilege of working one-on-one with clients from diverse backgrounds, facilitating large-scale experiences for weddings and life celebrations, teaching and presenting for Fortune 100 companies, offering yoga and meditation within progressive school districts, leading retreats, and hosting educational workshops on mindfulness, breathwork, and integrative healing.
At the heart of everything I offer is a simple intention: to create spaces where people feel safe to soften, explore, and remember their wholeness.
